Harry Singh is an Ontario lawyer and co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Indigoblue Group of Companies. He brings more than two decades of leadership experience in mortgage finance, private credit and regulated financial services. He oversees the group’s strategy, governance and growth, drawing on senior executive roles at Equitable Bank and Merix Financial.

Harry has completed the Global Professional Master of Laws (GPLLM) at the University of Toronto and holds an LL.B. with First Class Honours from the University of Leicester, an MBA from Heriot-Watt University and a BA in Economics from the University of Toronto. His industry and community service includes board roles with CMBA Ontario and the Geneva Centre for Autism Foundation.

Sanjay Ramwani is co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Indigoblue Group of Companies, with more than 20 years of experience in financial services. He leads the group’s credit, compliance and operations teams, building on earlier roles at CIBC and RBC and leadership of Equitable Bank’s business development team across Eastern Canada.

Sanjay has served as Vice President and Treasurer of CMBA Ontario. He holds a BA in Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University, along with the Personal Financial Planner (PFP) and Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designations.

Vaishali Patel joined Indigoblue Law PC as Managing Lawyer, bringing over six years of legal experience, including three years focused extensively on mortgage enforcement matters. Prior to joining the firm, she managed more than 300 mortgage enforcement files from initiation through resolution at a reputable Toronto real estate law firm. In this role, she gained substantial experience drafting pleadings and appearing on motions, case conferences, and applications before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.

Vaishali completed her articling at a commercial litigation and real estate law firm, where she developed experience in both transactional and litigation matters, including commercial leasing, corporate transactions, wills, and powers of attorney. Her diverse legal background allows her to approach matters with both practical insight and strategic perspective.

Vaishali’s practice focuses primarily on civil litigation, where she advises clients on dispute resolution strategies and represents them throughout various stages of litigation proceedings. She is known for her practical, detail-oriented, and client-focused approach, and is committed to providing efficient legal solutions while ensuring clients remain informed and supported throughout every stage of the process.

Vaishali earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Business Law in 2018 after completing her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degrees.

Nimish is a seasoned legal and compliance professional with over 10 years of experience spanning corporate law, governance, financial and securities law, mortgage finance, real estate law, wills and estate planning, immigration, and commercial litigation. He currently serves as a legal consultant to a Canadian Mortgage Investment Corporation, where he advises on lending and investment transactions, mortgage enforcement matters, and complex commercial legal issues involving funds exceeding CAD 50 million. Prior to his consulting role, Nimish served as in-house counsel for a Canadian Mortgage Investment Corporation, gaining extensive experience in mortgage lending, secured financing, real estate transactions, and investor-related legal matters. He also brings substantial private practice experience, having advised corporations, investors, lenders, and individuals on a wide range of transactional, regulatory, estate planning, and dispute-resolution matters. Known for his practical commercial judgment, solution-oriented approach, and strong stakeholder communication skills, Nimish focuses on delivering pragmatic legal advice that aligns with business objectives and commercially effective outcomes. Nimish holds a Master of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto, a Master of Corporate Law and Governance from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India in New Delhi, and both a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai.

Olabode Akinwande is a practising lawyer licensed in Nova Scotia with experience in corporate, conveyancing, commercial, litigation, and regulatory law. As part of the Indigoblue Law team, she brings a practical, client-focused approach to legal services, with experience in contract drafting, legal research, compliance advisory, and dispute resolution. She has advised corporate and financial services clients on risk mitigation, governance, and regulatory compliance in fast-paced professional environments.

Before joining Indigoblue Law, Ola worked with leading law firms in Nigeria, where she negotiated commercial agreements, prepared legal opinions, and represented clients in litigation and alternative dispute resolution matters. Her background also includes experience in the financial services sector with CIBC, supporting operational compliance, client advisory, and regulatory standards.

Ola holds an LL.B (Hons) from Babcock University and earned her Barrister-at-Law qualification with distinction from the Nigerian Law School. She also obtained the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) Qualifying Certificate and is licensed by the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society. In addition, she is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN), reflecting her strong foundation in corporate governance and regulatory practice. Ola is known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering practical legal solutions tailored to clients’ needs.

Jasdeep is a Law Clerk at Indigoblue Law Professional Corporation, where he supports the firm’s work in private mortgage transactions, power of sale matters, and civil litigation. He assists with the drafting and review of legal documents, legal research, file management, and the coordination of communication between clients, counsel, and court offices. Jasdeep brings a detail-oriented and practical approach to his role, with a focus on supporting efficient file progression and maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

Jasdeep holds an LLB from the University of Leicester and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from York University. He is currently pursuing his Canadian legal accreditation through the National Committee on Accreditation process. Bilingual in English and Punjabi, Jasdeep brings strong communication skills, leadership experience, and a thoughtful and organized approach to his work.
